How to register
For registration, we have prepared an Excel form, to be filled out either by the team captain or an authorized representative of each country. Please provide the names of team members and their accommodation preferences, such as single, double, or triple rooms or staying outside the hotel. Include any extra days spent at the hotel and indicate whether the participants are juniors under 18, seniors over 50, or non-competing guests. Individual WPF members may fill out the form for themselves. Once completed, please send the form to eurosudoku26@gmail.com.
Accommodation options are described in detail on this link, which also includes a price list. There is an extra option to arrange your own accommodation in the city (whether through Booking, Airbnb, staying with relatives, or elsewhere). In this case, you only pay the registration fee, which also includes one dinner and two lunches.
Please keep in mind that our priority is to fill the rooms reserved at the official hotel. Therefore, requests for independent accommodation or single rooms at the competition hotel are subject to our approval and are limited. If you still require a single room despite the shortage, we are ready to assist you in finding suitable alternatives nearby.
Guests or captains are charged the same prices as competitors, but we will give priority to competition participants when registering. If you are interested in extra nights at the hotel, please indicate this option in the form, and we will contact you shortly. Payment details will be sent via email to team representatives shortly after registration.

Due to the venue's capacity, we have introduced player limits based on the following criteria: 1. Interest expressed in the preliminary survey, 2. Participation in WSC 2025, 3. Participation in the 2024-25 Sudoku Grand Prix. We are actively communicating with individual countries to accommodate requests for additional spots and will continue to review this process. The following list reflects these updates. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
(These lists are updated daily. If you notice any discrepancies or feel something isn't right, please let us know. The last update was made on March 25, 2026.)
